SHIPPING
By KAKI currently ships ONLY within the United States via USPS.

Processing Times
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive another email confirmation that will include tracking information.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When placing an order, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carrier. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

MISSING ORDER
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date at hello@bykaki.us.
